F-1 Student Visa Requirements

 

To apply for a F-1 Student Visa, you should take a valid passport, your certificate of eligibility for non-immigrant (F-1) Student Status (I-20 Form) and certificate of acceptance issued to you by West Orange College, a bank statement (Affidavit of Support), and financial documents to the American Embassy or the Consulate nearest you. If all your documents are are in order, the Embassy or Consulate will issue you a F-1 Student Visa. You must attend the school whose I-20 Form you used to obtain a visa at the embassy or consulate.

When the application form including $200 nonrefundable registration fee has been received by West Orange College, the I-20 Form and Certificate of Acceptance will be sent to you which will allow you to apply for the F-1 Student Visa.

 

 

Approval Statement

 

West Orange College was granted institutional approval from the Council for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education pursuant to California Education Code Section 94311(d). The Council's approval means that the institution and its operation comply with the standards established under the law for occupational instruction by private postsecondary educational institutions.

General Office Clerk (420 hours), Computerized Accounting Clerk (570 hours), English As A Second Language (ESL) I, II, III (450 hours),Computer I, II,

III (520 hours)

          Registration
  1. First, you should fill out the application form and add $200 non refundable registration fee.
  2.  As soon as we receive your application, we will issue and send to you I-20 Form.
  3. Go to the nearest American Embassy or Consulate in your home country for applying a F-1 Student Visa.
  4. You must arrive in the U.S. before your session date.
  5. On the first day of school, please bring your passport, I-20 Form (Student copy)  stamped by INS, and the I-94 card that was stapled to your passport at the port of entry.
