Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy
A
student may cancel or terminate enrollment at any time.
WOC's cancellation, withdrawal and refund policy,
together with procedures for recovering tuition refunds,
is fully disclosed in the reverse side of the enrollment
agreement. The state regulatory agency required
"Student's Right to Cancel" statement is also
reproduced below. (See Appendix A. "Student's Right
to Cancel")
Cancellation and Full Refund
The
student has the right to cancel her or his enrollment
agreement until the midnight of the fifth business day
after the day on which student attended the first class
of the course of instruction. Cancellation will occur
when the student submits a written notice by mailed, the
effective date is the date postmarked. The student shall
be entitled to receive a full refund (less
non-refundable application and registration fee not to
exceed $200). If textbooks and equipment are included in
the tuition charge, the College will make a full refund
on this charge if they are returned in good condition
within 10 days after it receives a written notice of
cancellation.
